Buoy Request & Use Forms

TSVHA BUOY REQUEST AND USE FORMS

                              FOR RENTERS and GUESTS

Two forms are necessary to request a buoy:

1-Buoy Request Application for renters and guests.

2-Buoy Use Agreement for renters and guests.

The buoy is assigned by the buoy committee and the renter/guest will be informed of the buoy number and given a buoy field map to locate the buoy.

Boats are limited to 28 feet or less and mooring lines must be 18 feet or less. Safe mooring lines are the responsibility of the boat owner using the buoy.

If the renter or guest is requesting to use the buoy that the member has previously reserved for the season, a buoy fee will not be required even though the completed forms and insurance information are required.

If the member has not previously reserved and paid for a buoy for the season, the renter or guest must submit the required buoy fee [$350 per week or $1000 per month] along with the two completed forms and the insurance information.

The completed and signed forms, along with proper hard copy evidence of at least $500,000 of personal and watercraft liability insurance, must be received at least 2 weeks before the renter plans to use the buoy. The buoy use agreement will be confirmed by the homeowners association and returned to the renter and/or member.

Send the forms, evidence of insurance, and buoy fee [when required] to:

TahoeSwissVillage Homeowners Association

P.O. Box 326

Homewood, Ca. 96141

A copy of the Buoy Use Agreement for Renters and Guests will be returned to the renter showing the buoy # that has been assigned, a copy of the buoy field map with the assigned buoy circled, and a copy of the TSVHA beach/piers/buoy rule.
